Lists were made for arguing about, and I expect there to be discussions and debates about this Goth Band Family Tree.
While I hope I've done justice to the bands who contributed to the evolution of Goth music, I could not include every important artist, or even every subgenre and sub-subgenre. I also recognize there may be errors or inaccuracies. And so, I welcome your feedback on omissions, which will be taken into consideration for future expanded editions of the Tree. Or if you just would like to send hate mail because I put Manson in industrial metal, by all means, just spell my name right.
And if you are in one of the bands listed and have something to say about all of this, it would be a delight to hear from you.
